Following recent approval from the Da Nang authorities, the city will welcome in the 2014 Lunar New Year with spectacular fireworks displays at midnight on 30 January 2014.

The 15-minute displays will be set off from 4 locations along the banks of the Han River. 

In Hai Chau District, fireworks will be displayed at a park on Bach Dang Street, and on 2 September Street.

In Son Tra District, displays will be on a section of Tran Hung Dao Street in An Hai Bac Ward, and on the same street in An Hai Tay Ward.
