The Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People’s Committee, Mr Huynh Duc Tho, recently listened to reports on plans made by 2 companies, B+ Media and C.A.T.I Media, for a New Year Countdown Party 2015.  One of these 2 plans will be chosen and approved to go ahead.

According to the B+ Media Company’s plan, the musical festival will take “I Love Da Nang” as its theme and it will be divided into 3 parts, namely: Traditional Features of Da Nang and the Future of Da Nang; I Love Da Nang; and Countdown Party.  The main stage will be designed as a giant crane to symbolise the high-flying ambitions of the city.  Many famous domestic singers will be invited to participate in the event, including Dam Vinh Hung, Ho Ngoc Ha, Thu Minh, Uyen Linh, Van Mai Huong and Dinh Huong.

Meanwhile, the C.A.T.I Media Company plans to organise a countdown party entitled “Towards the Country’s Sea and Islands”.  The event will comprise 3 programmes - celebration, cultural activities and cuisine, and a countdown party.  Their event will feature musical performances from such famous singers as My Linh, Tan Nhan, Ngoc Ky and Quang Hao, as well as low-level artistic firework displays.

Having listened to their plans, Vice Chairman Tho asked the 2 companies to submit their detailed plans with confirmation of their sponsors to the city authorities for consideration and their decision.
