The first day of the event attracted a large number of local government employees, teachers, students and pupils from Hai Chau District schools, along with local residents.   They had the opportunity to meet nationally renowned writer Nguyen Nhat Anh, who is one of Viet Nam’s most successful and prolific writers of children’s books.  He highlighted the benefits and importance of books, as well as sharing his experiences in book reading and writing with local book lovers.  He also signed and presented books to the visitors.
