SHB Da Nang’s midfielder Hoang Minh Tam has become one of the club’s best players and his wide range of skills have really impressed his coach Le Huynh Duc.

However, he still sometimes disappoints his coach and the local fans because he fails to show good team spirit.  In particular, his over-confidence in his own goal-scoring abilities has resulted in him missing many scoring opportunities for his team.

But there have been many positive changes in the talented player recently.  Under the guidance of coach Duc, Minh Tam has demonstrated greater team spirit as he, Nguyen Sa and Dang Anh Tuan together have dominated the midfield area to create many scoring chances for the team’s strikers during this year’s V-League games.

The genuinely two-footed player is well-known for his powerful and accurate long shots thanks to his strong and flexible ankles, and for his good tactical perspective.  In addition, Minh Tam possesses the ability to convert penalty kicks with absolute accuracy.  Over the past 2 league seasons, he has certainly matured and he is expected to become SHB DN’s most likely player to fill the gaps left by senior player Minh Phuong, who is showing his age, in the future.
