Discussions about bilateral comprehensive cooperation between SHB Da Nang and the UK's Manchester City football clubs will take place on 24 June in Da Nang. 

This information was released by the Chairman of SHB Da Nang Football Club, Mr Bui Xuan Hoa, during his recent interview with reporter Bao An from the Da Nang Newspaper.

Chairman Hoa revealed that Manchester City will provide training courses for the local club’s young players, as well as help the club to overcome their current financial problems and generate even more revenue from football.  He added that the English football club will also assist SHB DN in finding high-quality foreign footballers to improve the team's results in the future.

After the meeting, the Manchester City representatives will visit the local club’s training ground to give advice on the re-building of it’s football pitch and how to meet the requirements for sports medicine and training young footballers.

The SHB DN-Manchester City cooperation stems from the co-brand strategic cooperation agreement signed between the Saigon-Hanoi Joint Stock Commercial Bank (SHB) and Manchester City Football Club in July 2014.  In addition, a first-ever in Asia SHB-Manchester City Visa co-branded debit card has been issued with the purpose of providing a better service for Manchester City’s rapidly growing fan base in the region.
