Thousands join football festival
More than 3,500 footballers from 14 teams nationwide and a team from Laos are playing in the Football for All in Viet Nam Cup 2015, that will run until June 5.

School children and players from social centres for disadvantaged children in Thua Thien-Hue will take part in a series of activities, including cultural exchanges, life skills games and a parade to mark World Environment Day on June 5.
The FFAV 2015 Cup, entitled Seven Billion Dreams. One Planet. Consume with Care, is being held for the third time.
Former famous footballers Nguyen Hong Son, who is coach of Viettel juniors, and female coach Ngoc Cham of Ha Noi, will also take part in the event orgnised by the Football Association of Norway, the Viet Nam Football Federation and the province.
FFAV's community football aims to develop children's non-competitive grassroots football in primary and secondary schools with a special focus on marginalised group such as people with disabilities, people with ethnic minority backgrounds, and people with HIV/AIDS.
The community football programme has 171 football clubs with 17,468 players aged from 6-15, half of who are girls, and more than 5,000 people have been trained as coaches, leaders and referees in the country.
