The Thanh Nien Newspaper U21 International Football Tournament will take place at Ho Chi Minh City’s Thong Nhat Stadium from 20 - 29 November.

Organised by the Thanh Nien (Youth) Newspaper, this year’s event has 6 teams participating - Hoang Anh Gia Lai and the hosts Thanh Nien Newspaper, both from Viet Nam, plus teams representing Singapore, Thailand, Myanmar and South Korea.

The opening day matches on 20 November are Thailand vs Singapore at 4.30pm, and Hoang Anh Gia Lai vs Myanmar at 7.00pm.

In order to satisfy the wishes of nationwide televiewers, all the matches involving Viet Nam’s 2 teams will be broadcast live on VTV6 channel.  The semi-final and final matches of the tournament, with or without any Vietnamese teams involved, will also be broadcast live on the same channel.
