Da Nang’s Hoa Vang People’s Committee has recently revealed its detailed plans for the refurbishment of Trung Son Hill historical site in Hoa Vang District's Hoa Lien Commune.

The site features 4 façades with a workers’ apartment building and the Hoa Khanh industrial urban area in its north-eastern side, a 16.5m-wide street in its south-western side, the Lien Chieu Wastewater Treatment Plant in its south-eastern side, and the Golden Hills City urban area in its north-western side.

The refurbishment of the 122,988m2 site will focus on upgrading the existing memorial stele area, restoring historical relics and the Trung Son Village Communal House, building a drainage system, planting trees, and creating a new public park and parking spaces.

The project’s investor is the city’s NLPT Investment Company, and it will bear the cost of refurbishment, compensation, site clearance and the relocation of households affected by the project.

The restoration work will cost an estimated 50 billion VND and is expected to be completed within 2 years once the company receives the clear site.
