Another exhibition of antiquities collections will be opened at the Museum of Da Nang at 24 Tran Phu between 28 April and 10 May.  About 60 artifacts including bronze sculpture censers and ceramic pots during the Nguyen Dynasty, Chu Dau ceramic collection (16th -17th century), and a stone carved painting of China from 19th century will be displayed.

The Museum of Da Nang also has a collection of 11 ancient cast-iron cannons (made during the Nguyen Dynasty, between 1802 - 1860) that were unearthed at Dien Hai Citadel.

Meanwhile, Thanh Ha Terracotta Park in Quang Nam Province’s Hoi An City will introduce a statue garden to create more art space on 30 April.

The park’s Managing Director Huynh Ngoc Uyen Phi told Viet Nam News that the garden will display terracotta statues of 20 people who made great efforts to promote the UNESCO-recognised heritage of Hoi An.

She said a statue of Polish archaeologist and architect Kazimierz Kwiatkowski, known as ‘Kazik’, who made endless efforts to restore Hoi An, My Son Sanctuary and the Complex of Hue Monuments, will be placed in the garden along with music composer Trinh Cong Son and retired Hoi An Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Su.

A painting exhibition on the beauty of the land and the people in Hoi An will also be displayed at the park from 27-30 April.

Also at the exhibition, around 50 paintings collected from a workshop of artists from HCM City and the southern province of Dong Thap will go on display.
