The exhibition will open at 4.30pm with a book signing session on June 6. Entrance to the exhibition is free from 7.30am to 5.30pm through the period. A total of 26 photos will be displayed.
The French photographer also launched his latest private art gallery at 26 Phan Boi Chau street in Hoi An in early January.

“I was inspired to do this project because I believe there are many layers to a person and that their years and their long life story enrich the lives of others. It feels even more true here in Viet Nam, where I find old women incredibly strong. They worked hard most of their life. Despite the hardships, they are not only very warming, kind and generous but also extremely funny, and cheeky as would young girls,” he said on his Facebook page.
“They say that ‘beauty is in the eye of the beholder’ and as a photographer, I think that there is something that transcends the modern perceptions of what beauty is. I want to show you the deeper side of humanity, something that has ageless beauty,” he continued.
The museum hopes that the exhibition would lure tourists during busy summer holidays.
