Primary and junior high school pupils participate in painting workshop
A total of around 72 primary and junior high school pupils across Da Nang are taking part in a painting workshop which lasts until 26 June.

The municipal Friendship Organisations Union said that the participating pupils will be able to take free trips to explore the landscapes and lifestyle of the city, as well as get some inspiration for their paintings.
Over the next two weeks, participants will complete their paintings to be shown at an exhibition on 25 June at the Union's Centre at 522 Ong Ich Khiem.

The organisers hope the event will provide positive entertainment activities for pupils during summer holidays and foster an appreciation of arts among them.
Last week, an exhibition featuring 50 photos and paintings on the theme ‘We Love Son Tra and the red-shanked douc langur’, was held to mark Children’s Day at the Da Nang Fine Arts Museum.
A total of more than 10,000 primary school pupils in the city have joined field trips and educational events on biodiversity and the red-shanked douc langur at the Son Tra Nature Reserve.
