Despite the unfavourable weather conditions on some of the performance nights, DIFF’s organising board have made great efforts to ensure the safety of visitors to the shows.
The festival has played a significant role in promoting the city’s tourism sector, and the local socio-economic development as a whole.

The festival’s General Director Le Quy Duong said “One of the highlights of tomorrow’s final performance night, which has ‘wood’ as its theme, will be the interesting musical programme. It will feature numerous Vietnamese and South Korean singers and artistes, including singers Dang Duong and My Linh and violinist Jmi Ko”.
On Thursday, the organising board of DIFF 2017 presented awards to the winners of the recent competition for computerised fireworks displays entitled ‘e-Fireworks Contest 2017’.
