An exhibition featuring a total of 246 outstanding photos taken by 185 photographers of the International Artistic Photo Contest in Viet Nam 2017 is taking place at the Museum of Da Nang, 24 Tran Phu, until 3 May.

Jointly organised by the museum and the municipal Artistic Photography Association, the ongoing 10-day exhibition showcases beautiful photos in the categories of open shots, landscapes, portraits and daily life.

The event introduces visitors to different camera angles in the modern technologies of the digital age, and a panoramic view of the people and their daily lives, as well as their countries where participating photographers have visited.

Displayed photos have been selected from 11,000 photos sent from 36 countries and territories, 88 of which have received awards or certificates by the Viet Nam Artistic Photo Association (VAPA), and the International Federation of Photographic Art (Fédération Internationale de l’Art Photographique-FIAP).
