On Saturday night, apart from admiring spectacular fireworks displays by the US and Italian finalists, the spectators were impressed by an array of spectacular arts performances on the grand finale of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2018, themed ‘Friendship’.

The DIFF stage was enlivened with a breathtaking light spectacle featuring the wonderful harmony of ground elements with sky elements in a bid to transform the Da Nang skyline into an outdoor audiovisual feast.

The show featured vibrant and peculiar arts performances joined by a large number of domestic famous singers and dancers, especially such domestic top stars Ho Ngoc Ha, Phuong Linh, Dinh Huong, Hoang Hai, the Oplus band Thuy Dung, plus the dance groups of Hoang Thong and Mai Trang.

The revellers eagerly swung to the rhythm of the hits of ‘Roar’ and ‘Fireworks’ performed by celebrated pop singer-model Ho Ngoc Ha.

Another talented star, Phuong Linh, showed off her beautiful voice with the song ‘Dong Song Tha Thu’ (The Forgiveness of a River) by songwriter Tran Tien.

Gentle melodies of folk songs, performed by singer Thuy Dung, aroused indescribable emotions in the spectators as they immersed themselves in peaceful moments.

The stage of the night was then furthered awakened by the song ‘Vivo Per Lei’ by the duo Dinh Huong and Hoang Hai.

The renowned Oplus band added bustling atmosphere to the stage with the performance of ‘Nhung Uoc Mo Rang Ngoi’ (Bright Dreams)-the official song of DIFF 2018.

The Oplus artistes and singer Dinh Huong, then, performed together the world-renowned of ‘We are the World’.

The symmetric arches of the stage showed the shape of the Dragon Bridge, and the symbol of the modern and integrated Da Nang, and represented a close connection between the culture and history of the 8 participating teams as well.

The centre of the stage featured 3 levels, allowing it to highlight the culture and history of the participating countries, and to honour the winners in a convenient and impressive manner.
