At a press conference on Thursday it was announced that a book fair entitled ‘Book is Friend’ will take place at the Da Nang General Science Library from 22-26 May.

The 5-day fair will feature more than 30 stalls introducing and selling new books, and exchanging used ones. Displayed books will cover various topics released by publishing houses nationwide.

Besides, various interesting cultural activities will be held during the event. Included will be an exchange programme to introduce new books to visitors, a talent contest for senior high school pupils, film screening, and an English book presentation contest.
