Eighty paragliders from Viet Nam and Laos are joining the Da Nang Open Paragliding Championship 2019 themed ‘Flying over Tien Sa’ on 27 and 28 July.

They take off at the Son Tra Peninsula, the most beautiful flying destination in Viet Nam, and land on the Tho Quang Beach.

Mr Nguyen Trong Thao, the Deputy Director of the municipal Department of Culture and Sports, said the event aims to promote paragliding in Viet Nam as well as popularise the images of Da Nang to domestic and foreign friends.
