On Sunday afternoon, SHB Da Nang defeated their guests - Nam Dinh 2-0 at Hoa Xuan Stadium in Cam Le District to climb into 6^th place in the league.

The hosts started the game with confidence, and continuously put pressure on the visitors.

The home side were dominant in possession, but they did not create many clear-cut chances, because Nam Dinh players heavily concentrated on defence. Therefore, the exciting first half ended goalless.

In the second half, SHB’s coach Le Huynh Duc once again changed his team's counter-attacking formation as he arranged strikers Djicka Gassissou Aime, Vo Huy Toan and Nguyen Cong Nhat to substitute for Frizoni, Ha Duc Chinh and Do Thanh Thinh in the start of the second half. Since then, the home team pushed on seeking goals.

The hosts’ great efforts were paid off as defender Victor Nirennold and midfielder Dang Anh Tuan scored for the home team in the 51^st and 69^th minutes respectively.

Unfortunately, Do Merlo and Hoang Minh Tam missed scoring chances in the very last minute of the second half to increase to score for the home team.
