The instruction was made under the Prime Minister’s Directive 06/CT-TTg dated 31 January on intensifying preventive measures in the face of new complicated developments of the nCoV, and the Dispatch No 393/CD-BVHTTDL sent to Chairmen of People’s Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities on the prevention of the spread of the new coronavirus (nCoV) which causes acute respiratory disease.
Accordingly, the Tuy Loan Village Communal House Festival which is slated to take place in Hoa Vang District’s Hoa Phong Commune on 2 and 3 February (the 9th and 10th days of the 1st lunar month) is cancelled.
As for other festivals which have been already began, their scale, organisation time and activities should be reduced.
Any exceptional cases should be submitted to the Prime Minister for consideration.
