The Da Nang government has allowed bars across the city to reopen from 18 May after more than three-month coronavirus closure as the Covid-19 outbreak are brought under control in Viet Nam.

All bars are required to take all necessary preventive measures after reopening in order to minimise the possible spread of coronavirus and ensure the safety of their staff and customers.

However, discos and karaoke bars in the city remain closed until further notice.
