Da Nang athletes return to training in full swing after coronavirus restrictions lifted

Footballers and athletes in Da Nang have returned to training in full swing in preparation for their forthcoming national-level sports events after coronavirus restrictions were lifted in Da Nang on 25 September.

Stadiums and other sports facilities citywide have reopened to welcome back footballers and athletes to training following a further easing of lockdown rules announced in Da Nang on 11 September.

SHB Da Nang players have quickly returned to training on the Hoa Xuan Stadium in Cam Le District's Hoa Xuan Ward, whilst track and field athletes have returned to training at the Chi Lang Stadium.

Meanwhile, other athletes have been back to training at the city’s Athlete Training Centre.

Currently, Da Nang boat racing team are undergoing training in Hai Phong City in preparation for the 2020 National Youth Rowing and Canoeing Championship which is set to take place in Ha Noi from 28 September - 12 October.

Da Nang Pencak Silat team are competing in the National Pencak Silat Championship 2020 in Dong Nai Province until 28 September.

Likewise, members of the diving and traditional martial arts teams are attending short-term training courses in Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai Province.

Da Nang jiu-jitsu team will enter the 2020 National Jujitsu Club Championship in Hue City from 26-30 September.
