Fundraising art exhibition in Da Nang captures the public's attention
The Da Nang Fine Arts Museum is partnering with the Da Nang Graphic Art Club to organise a fundraising exhibition for victims of floods and landslides in Central Viet Nam. Historic flooding and deadly landslides left at least 159 dead and 71 others missing in Central Viet Nam last month.
A wide range of eye-catching artworks are on display in the Da Nang Printmaking 2020 at the Da Nang Fine Arts Museum, 78 Le Duan, and the charity art show has captured the public's attention.

After nearly one week of being organised, the exhibition has attracted hundreds of art lovers from both home and overseas. Most of visitors have expressed their excitement and surprise to easy-to-understand displayed artworks.
Mr Yuri Frassi, an Italian native, remarked all displayed works were very highly eye-catching, and had high artistic values. He added the event offered the good opportunity for him and other foreign visitors to understand more about the culture and people of Da Nang, and that of Viet Nam at large.

The charity art show gives visitors a chance to see 60 amazing wooden carvings, zinc and stone block prints by 18 artists from Ha Noi, Thua Thien-Hue and Da Nang.
It is worth lauding as all money from the sales of displayed artworks will go to support victims of devasting floods in Central Viet Nam.
The exhibition will run until 25 November.
