Sun Group-developed resorts in Da Nang enjoy major haul of honors at World Travel Awards 2020
Da Nang-based resorts developed Vietnamese realty giant Sun Group landed a major haul of honors at World Travel Awards (WTA) 2020 Asia Region which is dubbed as the ‘Oscars of the world travel industry’.

The winners of WTA this year were announced on the official website of the WTA 2020 in early November in the face of the complicated global Covid-19 pandemic. As a result, in place of WTA’s physical ceremony, the organiser delivered a virtual awards.
In the amusement sector, the Sun World Ba Na Hills scored a the landmark duo, namely Viet Nam’s Leading Theme Park 2020 and Asia’s Leading Theme Park 2020 titles.
There is no denying that these aforementioned accolades add to the extensive popularity of the tourist-packed resort, which previously also won Viet Nam’s Leading Theme Park last year.

Beside awards brought home in 2019, such as Viet Nam's Leading Luxury Resort, World's Leading Fine Dining Hotel Restaurant for La Maison 1888 and Asia's Leading Luxury Beach Resort', the five-star resort also won two new awards, namely Viet Nam's Leading Honeymoon Resort 2020 and Asia's Most Romantic Resort 2020.
