More than 120 athletes across the whole Viet Nam are competing at the 2021 National Bowling Championship for Strong Teams in Da Nang from April 24 to 30.

The 2021 National Bowling Championship for Strong Teams is running in Da Nang from April 24 - 30.

The tournament is being co-hosted by the General Department of Gymnastics and Sports, along with the Da Nang Department of Culture and Sports.

The professional athletes are from eight Vietnamese cities and provinces, namely Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Ninh Binh, Quang Nam, HCM City, Can Tho, Binh Duong and Da Nang.

Under the tournament rules, the competitors compete in 22 events including spin bowling, hooking skills, and male and female masters.

This year's completion, with the careful preparation in terms of facilities, equipment and expertise, will serve as a prerequisite for continuing to organise national and international bowling tournaments in Da Nang, and help select talented bowlers for the naitonal squad participating in the 31^st SEA Games, which is slated to take place late this year.
