Da Nang is mulling over the spending of more than VND86 billion from the municipal budget on the development of the first stage of the Cultural Centre associated with Children's House project in Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District.

Covering a total land use area of 9,007m², the project is expected to be implemented during the 2021 – 2025 period.

The development aims to ensure physical facilities for the organisation of cultural, physical training and sports, entertainment activities and improve the quality of life of the people, including workers in industrial parks, in tandem with creating a learning environment for children.
