The Son Tra District People's Committee plans to launch a photo contest and exhibition entitled “The Beauty of Son Tra” in order to celebrate the 25^th anniversary of the Son Tra District Establishment Day (January 23, 1997 - January 23, 2021) in November.

The contest will open to all professional and amateur photographers from both home and overseas.

Each entrant can submit a maximum of 20 entries and a maximum of 8 entries for a series of photos. These photos must be taken from 2015 to present, and must have not been awarded in any other competitions nationwide.

Entries must be high-resolution photos depicting the beauty of Son Tra District’s landscapes and people, and the district’s typical achievements during its renovation progress. They must be submitted via the contest’s organisers at thianhsontra@gmail.com from November 20-30.

In December, the contest’s organizers will select and award 1 first, 2 second, 3 third and 5 consolation prizes for outstanding photos. The most outstanding artworks will then be selected for a future photo exhibition.
