The one-day event featured two main activities, namely an arts programme entitled "bai choi (singing while acting as playing cards) - resound chants of the Quang Region", and a 'Taking a Walk along Han River' tour.

Specifically, during the arts programme, the festival-goers enjoyed fascinating ‘bai choi’ performances by elite artiste Ho Thanh Chau and artiste Huyen Tan, both from the Bai Choi Song Han Club. Also, they had the opportunity to take part in mini games with prizes to understand more about 'bai choi' - a folk game and a traditional Vietnamese art form, as well as learn how to make Bai Choi cards and sing this form of arts with these artistes.

In the afternoon of the same day, people participated in an experiential education programme in the form of a sightseeing tour themed 'Taking a Walk along Han River'. The tour allowed participants to go back in time to the city through artifacts on display at the museum.

According to a representative from the Museum of Da Nang, due to the complicated situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, this year's Cultural Heritage Festival was organized in a streamlined way in only one day instead of 2 days as previous years. In which, the arts programme about ‘bai choi’ attracted about 40 people, and the 'Taking a Walk along Han River' tour had between 25 and 30 attendees.
