Da Nang's online photography competition launched for South Korean nationals
The Da Nang Department of Tourism will launch an online photography competition in partnership with the Hanatour Company to document best travel movements in Da Nang from South Korean tourists, and enhance Da Nang’s image in the eyes of South Korean Community on Instagram.
The contest, called Da Nang in My Heart (#내마음의) 다낭), is open to South Korean nationals who are working and living in Viet Nam and in their country. It will open from November 15 and close on December 15, 2021.
The organizers expect to see images or video clips depicting best travel movements in Da Nang from entrants. Those who have yet to visit Da Nang can create their own photos or make their video clips about Da Nang to showcase their feelings about the city in order to send their entries to the contest. All entrants are required to post their entries with hashtag #내마음의다낭, #dananginmyheart on Instagram in order to search for likes from the Instagram community.
The photo contest "Da Nang in My Heart" is a social media campaign to advertise the image of Da Nang to South Korean nationals, and promote travel to Da Nang.
Enter the competition will win cash prizes and travel bursaries and more worth VND 90 million in total.
The best which will be chosen among the 26 most-liked posts on Instagram by the contest’s organizers will win the Da Nang Fantastic Heart award and enjoy free Da Nang package tour for 2 adults and receive cash prize sponsored by Hanatour. The remainder of the 26 most-liked posts on Instagram will have a chance to win 5 Da Nang Heart prizes or vouchers. In addition, Furama Danang Resort will give out the Da Nang Heart awards with free one night stay in the resort and breakfast for 2 adults.
