The National Karate Championship 2021 will take place from November 25 to December 4 in Thanh Hoa Province.

Under the competition's rules, participating karate fighters will compete in men's and women's individual Kata events, men's and women's team Kumite events in 11 men's and 10 women's weight classes.

After the tournament concludes, athletes from the national karate team will continue to gather in preparation for the Asian Karate Championships 2021 which is slated to kick off on December 13 in Kazakhstan. Also, young athletes will prepare for the 19^th edition of the Asian Cadet, Junior & U21 Championships also in Kazakhstan from December 19 to 22.
