Da Nang to hold many attractive cultural and arts events this month
Da Nang residents and visitors are expected to be treated with a wide range of highly inviting cultural and artistic programmes and activities on the occasion of the New Year 2022 and the 25th anniversary of Da Nang’s recognition as a centrally-governed city on 1 January 1997.
Below are the dates and details of the events:
December 17 – 28, at the Le Do Cinema:
-The screening of films and movies to celebrate the 77th founding anniversary of the Viet Nam People's Army and the 25th anniversary of Da Nang’s recognition as a centrally-governed city
-The showing of a series of films made by Poland and Kazakhstan
December 19:
An arts programme at the Trung Vuong Theatre to celebrate the 77th founding anniversary of the Viet Nam People's Army
December 24 – 26:
An installation arts space themed ‘The Window of Time’ at the eastern end of the Rong (Dragon) Bridge
On December 25:
A photo exhibition entitled ‘Da Nang - 25 years of achievements and prospects’ held by the Da Nang Cinema - Culture Centre
A photo exhibition themed ‘Da Nang - City of Bridges’ at the Da Nang Museum
An exhibition themed ‘New Spring - New Arts Works’ at the Da Nang Fine Arts Museum, displaying fine art works created by local primary and junior high school students.
December 30:
A special arts programme at the Trung Vuong Theatre to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the city’s recognition as a centrally-governed city
A special street music programme held by the Da Nang Cinema - Culture Centre held at the southern park, at the west end of the Dragon Bridge.
