Kazakh Film Days in Viet Nam 2021 runs till December 19
The Kazakh Film Days in Viet Nam 2021 is taking place at Da Nang's Le Do Cinema, 46 Tran Phu Street, from December 17-19.
In her opening speech delivered on Friday evening, Da Nang People's Committee Vice Chairwoman Ngo Thi Kim Yen said that Viet Nam established the bilateral diplomatic ties with Kazakhstan on September 19, 1992. Since then, the diplomatic relations between the two countries have been constantly cultivated and developed in various fields, especially culture and education.
She added this was the first time that the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Viet Nam had chosen Da Nang to host the event, thereby significantly contributing to strengthening the bilateral cooperative ties in the culture aspect between Kazakhstan and Da Nang in particular, and Viet Nam in general.
"The event will give the Da Nang audience an opportunity to understand more about the country, culture and people of Kazakhstan, hereby promoting cultural exchange activities between Kazakhstan and Da Nang and further consolidating traditional friendly relations and comprehensive cooperation between Viet Nam and Kazakhstan" emphasized Vice Chairwoman Yen.
During the 3-day event, Da Nang audience will have an opportunity to enjoy attractive films namely 'The Legend of Tomiris' produced in 2019, 'The Old Man' in 2012, and 'Kiz Gibek' in 1969.
