With the aim of selecting excellent athletes for the Vietnamese national Jiu-Jitsu team in preparation for ASIAD 2022 and SEA Games 31, the 2021 National Jiu-Jitsu Championship will take place from December 24 - 31.

As planned, the sports event will be held at the Bac Ninh University of Physical Education and Sports in Tu Son Town, Bac Ninh Province. However, the organisers are taking into account the change of the organizing venue of the tournament due to the complicated situation of the COVID-19 pandemic in the province.

Under the competition’s rules, athletes will compete in 3 main events of newaza, fighting and duo show.

The General Department of Physical Education and Sports will award gold, silver and bronze medals to outstanding athletes.

The Viet Nam Jujitsu Federation will present the first, second and third-class flags to top athletes in the medal table, as well as grant the titles of Grandmaster to athletes who won gold, silver and bronze medals in weight classes and must have at least 2 actual wins.
