On Sunday evening, the final round of the Da Nang Artistic Talent Competition entitled ‘Spring and Youth’ took place in the city.

Organised by the Da Nang Cinema - Culture Centre, the annual event aimed to seek young arts talents for the local arts and culture movements.

According to the contest’s juries, this year's event saw a high number of meticulously prepared, and high quality entries compared to previous years’. The contestants became actively involved in performing freshly-released artworks about the city.

In the end, Hai Chau District won the Special Prize at the Da Nang Artistic Talent Competition for having the highest number of entries and entrants. In addition, gold and silver medals were awarded for outstanding entries.

Specifically, three gold and five silver prizes were given out to outstanding contestants in the singing category; one gold and one silver prizes in the categories for MC, dance, and solo; and one gold prize in the fashion category.

In addition, a promise prize was awarded to the youngest contestant in this year's competition.
