The music show treated the audience with the performances of songs written by Da Nang musicians praising the people and land of Man Thai Ward.

The songs had been composed by the local songwriters at a recent music composition camp previously organised by the ward’s People's Committee with the aim of reproducing the image and beauty of the time-honoured fishing village.

Meanwhile, the ‘Memories of Man Thai fishing village’ exhibition featured about 60 photos vividly depicting local fishermen's lives, thereby, arousing the memory of the traditional cultural values of their ancestors, contributing to stirring up the ardent love for the homeland among  younger generation.

On the same day, the People's Committee of Nam Duong Ward, Hai Chau District held the exhibition ‘Da Nang – the city of bridges’ at Phuoc Ninh Martyr Cemetery campus, attracting a large number of locals and visitors.

On display at the exhibition were more than 160 photos divided in 2 themes, namely ‘Da Nang before 1997’ and ‘Da Nang - the city of bridges’.

These on-display art works were donated to the Da Nang Museum by photographers and journalists.

Each photo is dubbed as ‘a journey’ of the famous bridges of Da Nang, thereby showing the achievements that the city has achieved over the past 25 years, and promoting beautiful images of the city's bridges to domestic and foreign tourists.
