Danish Film Week to take place in Da Nang early July
The Danish Film Week 2022 will take place in four of Viet Nam’s big cities, namely Ha Noi, Hue, Da Nang and HCMC, from July 1 - 14.
The six movies to be screened during the event are ‘The Good Traitor’, ‘The Purity of Vengeance', ‘That Time of Year’, ‘A Perfectly Normal Family’, ‘Daniel’, and ‘Land of Mine’.
These films, which have received a number of nominations and awards at renowned Danish and international film festivals, promise to give local audiences a glimpse into on Danish society and life, with engaging and diverse stories.
Danish Ambassador to Viet Nam Kim Højlund Christensen expressed his happiness at introducing the Danish Film Week to Viet Nam. He added the event was part of a cultural and artistic programme to celebrate the 51st anniversary of Denmark-Viet Nam diplomatic ties.
He added the event would provide the good opportunity for Vietnamese audiences to look back in the history of cooperation and future strengthen the partnership between the two countries in the fields of trade, renewable energy, food safety, education and culture.
In Da Nang, free tickets are now available at the Galaxy Da Nang Cinema on the third floor of the CoopMart at 478 Dien Bien Phu Street. Viewers can visit the official Facebook page of the Embassy of Denmark in Vietnam for more details on ticketing locations and show times.
