According to the organizers of the Sunfest street carnival, from July 9 to 24, the programme will make the change to the parade route. Accordingly, the parade route of this much-awaited festival will change from Bach Dang Street to Vo Nguyen Giap Street, exactly a section from Vo Van Kiet T-junction, opposite My Hanh Restaurant to the junction opposite Loseby Hotel.

The parade schedule on Saturday (July 9) will also be adjusted earlier, starting from 5:30p.m to 6:30p.m on the aforementioned new route.

The content of the parade and performance program remains unchanged.

The change in the parade time of the carnival event on Saturday evening aims to facilitate visitors immediately move to the square at the Asia Park to enjoy the ‘Take me to the Sun’ music festival.

Organised by the Sun Group, the concert promises to make the night of Da Nang bustling with lively music performances and colourful fireworks display.

On other days, the Sunfest street carnival will still take place on weekend evenings, namely Saturday (July 16 and 23) and Sunday (July 10, 17 and 24).

Opened on June 25, the Funfest has brought tourists and Da Nang residents exciting summer days on downtown street to explore the highly-inviting image of Da Nang in the evening.

This event, along with many festivals within the framework of ‘Enjoy Da Nang Summer Festival 2022’, taking place in many local tourist sites, creates more tourism products in Da Nang in this year’s summer.
