Organised by the People's Committee of Hai Chau 1 Ward, Hai Chau District, the festival aimed to spread positive consumer trends. On display at the event were OCOP (One Commune- One Product) products in Hai Chau 1 Ward, some specialties in Northwest region, and start-up products made by local women and young people.

Furthermore, the festival featured a wide range of exciting cultural and artistic exchange activities, a knowledge contest on Vietnamese goods, and the auctions to raise funds for the poor.

It provided an opportunity for participating businesses to exchange, learn about useful knowledge, and promote Vietnamese products with high quality and reasonable prices to locals, thereby actively contributing to protecting the interests of consumers.
