French culture to be introduced in Da Nang
A programme highlighting the French cultural imprints in the city will take place at the Museum of Da Nang, 24 Tran Phu, on April 9.

Co-hosted by the museum and the city branch of the Viet Nam - France Friendship Association, the event aims to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Viet Nam - France diplomatic ties (April 12), as well as introduce the beauty of French culture to local residents and tourists.
One of highlights of the programme will be a talk show entitled ‘Imprints of French architectures in Da Nang’ with Dr. Architect Le Minh Son, a lecturer of the Faculty of Architecture of the Da Nang University of Science and Technology, and Dr. Architect Dinh Nam Duc, a lecturer of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Da Nang University of Technical Education.
Also, visitors to the programme will have the opportunity to enjoy a photo exhibition featuring French architectural works in Da Nang, and try popular French pastries.
Moreover, study abroad programmes in France, French books and stories, and some folk games of Viet Nam and France will be introduced during the programme.
