The Danang Golf Tourism Festival 2023 is scheduled to take place from August 25 - September 2 at golf courses in Da Nang and surrounding areas; the APEC Sculpture Garden and Bach Dang Street.

It is co-organised by the Department of Tourism, the Department of Culture and Sports, the Da Nang Tourism Promotion Center, and the Viet Nam Golf Services Joint Stock Company (VGS CORP).

The upcoming festival aims to promote and introduce the city's image, infrastructure and potential for golf tourism development, creating a premise for the city to continue to host regional and world events and tournaments; especially in the field of sports and golf tourism. This will help the city deserve the title of ‘Asia's Leading Festival and Events Destination' and realise its target of becoming a leading tourist destination in Asia, and a hub for organising international conferences, events and festivals by 2045.

Meanwhile, the BRG Open Golf Championship Danang 2023 slated to take place from August 29 - September 2 will see the participation of 144 professional golfers, including 120 professional golfers in Asia and 20 professional and amateur golfers nominated by the sponsors.

Besides, there will be a number of fascinating sideline activities such as a golf booth exhibition, a photography space, a check-in space, experience activities at golf courses, and a city tour programme
