First-ever artistic light space in Da Nang from July 12 to 23
An an art light space to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Viet Nam and Japan (1973-2023) has kicked off in Da Nang as joint collaboration among the Da Nang People's Committee and the Japanese Consulate General in Da Nang and the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Da Nang (JCCID).

Speaking at the opening ceremony on Wednesday evening, Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Committee Ngo Thi Kim Yen said that this is the first time the event has been held in Da Nang with a large-scale lighting system of up to 500,000 LED lights.
The artistic lighting space is presented under 3 themes, namely Sakura Dom, Sakura garden and lotus pond.
This event will run continuously till July 23, creating conditions for both local residents and tourists to enjoy the colourful light space, and at the same time learn more about Japanese culture and people.

Especially, along with the Viet Nam - Japan Festival in Da Nang taking place at the East Sea Park, this light space brings people and visitors a new experience, feel the meaning of the cooperative relationship of friendship, trust, mutual respect, equality and mutual benefit between Viet Nam and Japan.
From there, each person will have more ideas and actions to contribute to deepening the bilateral friendship and cooperation between the two countries, Da Nang with localities and Japanese partners in particular.
