As part of the celebrations for the 78^th anniversary of August Revolution (August 19) and National Day (September 2), an arts programme themed ‘Historical Autumn’ took place at Da Nang’s APEC Sculpture Garden on Saturday evening.

Hosted by the city’s Trung Vuong Theatre, the programme featuring a total of 18 songs was divided into 2 parts called ‘Remembering Autumn’ and ‘Autumn of Love’.

The proud melodies at the programme were a combination of passionate emotions and national pride when looking back at the nation's great journey from 1945 until now. The event expressed deep gratitude to generations who sacrificed for the independence, freedom and unification of the country.

Earlier on the evening of August 28 and September 1, the Trung Vuong Theater organized the similar programmes to serve people in two communes of Hoa Phu and Hoa Bac in Hoa Vang District.
