The final round and closing ceremony of the Da Nang Beach Soccer Tournament 2024 for Vitraco Cup took place at the My Khe Beach on Friday.

Co-organised by the Da Nang Events’ Association and the Management Board of the Son Tra Peninsula and Da Nang Tourist Beaches, the tournament saw the participation of teams: Thai Tri FC, Vitraco, DEA FC, HSV FC, LQVP, departments, Furama, Saigon Beer, and the Management Board.

The teams competed in a round-robin format. The best 4 teams were selected for the semi-finals and finals.

After nearly a week of exciting competitions at the My Khe Beach, Thai Tri FC and HSV FC won tickets to the final. As a result, Thai Tri FC were crowned the champion.

This is the first time the tournament has been held to celebrate the 2024 Da Nang Beach Tourism Season.

It aimed to create an attractive and useful playground for athletes; and promote the development of the beach soccer movement in particular and physical education and sports in general in the city.
