On Monday evening, thousands of football fans gathered at a public park at the eastern end of Da Nang’s Dragon Bridge to watch the live Euro match between Poland and Netherlands on ultrawide monitor offered by the Da Nang branch of the Military-run telecom group (Viettel Da Nang).

The activity aimed to connect football fans to cheer for their beloved teams.

The activity contributed to attracting more tourists to the city during the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2024.

In addition, many exciting activities were organised for residents and tourists such as juggling a soccer ball and kicking balls into the goal to receive gifts.

Visitors also experienced virtual reality (VR) glasses, TV360 digital television service and many other smart technologies.

The activity took place only on June 16 with the hope of contributing to improving the experience for residents and tourists when coming to Da Nang during the Euro 2024 football season.
