Art programme "Storytelling River"

The Trung Vuong Theatre organised the art programme called "Storytelling River" on Saturday evening. The programme has won a silver medal at the 2024 National Dance and Music Festival (phase 2).

The programme featured two parts called now and then with 14 performances combining diverse types of singing, dancing and music. These performances showcased the beauty of life and cultural characteristics of Da Nang with an emotional and creative art space.

Notably, two dance performances, called ‘Trang Nha Cho’ (Moon in temporary houses) and ‘Han Market’ won gold medals. Meanwhile, three performances (Improvisation of Bai Choi, Apsara dancers on the Han River, estuary) grabbed silver medals at the festival.

At the same time, the Viet Nam Dance Artists’ Association awarded Certificates of Merit to the dance artists. The Viet Nam Musicians’ Association awarded the “Excellent Orchestra” Certificate to the Trung Vuong Theater’s Orchestra for its outstanding performance at the festival.

"The Storytelling River” programme told its own stories about people, culture and the transformation of the city by the river.
