The youth sports space project themed "Recharging Energy - Energizing Youth" was officially inaugurated in Nai Hien Dong Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang on Sunday.

The event was jointly organised by the Central Committee of the Viet Nam Youth Federation, the National Volunteer Centre, and the TCP Viet Nam Company.

It was attended by Standing Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) Central Committee and President of the Viet Nam Youth Federation Nguyen Ngoc Luong.

Covering an area of about 1,000m², the project features a basketball court, a badminton court, a pickleball court and many modern equipment and facilities.

Also, under the over VND 175 million project, some items have been repaired and renovated such as court surface; green space; and outdoor sports and exercise equipment (mobile basketball hoops, badminton hoops and multi-purpose sports frames).

The project aimed to create conditions for young people to have space to practice, develop physically and improve the quality of their spiritual life.
