Japan to bring blockbuster films to Da Nang audiences from Nov. 22 - 24
Moviegoers in Da Nang will have a chance to enjoy Japanese blockbuster films at the Galaxy Da Nang Cinema, 478 Dien Bien Phu, Thanh Khe District from November 22 to 24 with tickets available at a flat rate of 50,000 VND per screening.

The upcoming screening is within the 2024 Japanese Film Festival running in 4 major cities: Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hai Phong and Ha Noi. This is one of the major cultural events organized annually by the Japan Foundation, aiming to bring Japanese cinema closer to audiences around the world. Over the past years, this cultural event has grown in popularity, consistently sharing remarkable Japanese films with Vietnamese moviegoers.
The festival introduces to Vietnamese audiences a collection of 11 of Japan's most popular films. Notably, the blockbuster "Godzilla-1.0" will be shown for the first time on the big screen in Viet Nam. This is an iconic Japanese science fiction film about the monster Godzilla, made on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the release of this film series.
In addition, the film “Akira”, one of the most influential and iconic animated films in the history of Japanese anime and paved the way for the Japanese animation industry to reach international levels, and the film “HAIKYUU!! The Battle of the Scrapyard”, one of the best Japanese animated films on the subject of sports, are also introduced.
For drama enthusiasts, films like ‘Evil Does Not Exist’, ‘Mom?!’, ‘All the Long Nights’, and ‘Loved Like a Flower Bouquet’ will be compelling selections
