VinaPhone recently launched number changing service, allowing prepaid subscribers to change their mobile phone number in a convenient and rapid manner.

Users can change their phone number anytime and anywhere without having to call for technical support from the service provider or changing their SIM.

The service charge stands at only VND25,000 per number. After changing the number, the user can still turn back to the old number within 15 first days. VinaPhone also offers related services including searching numbers (costing VND250 per SMS) and keeping the old number (VND2,000 per number). The user can also turn back to the old number for free.

The company’s representative said that VinaPhone is currently the only network in Viet Nam to provide numbers via its website and SMS. The new service showed VinaPhone’s effort to better meet increasing demand in Viet Nam.
