As part of Japan’s Eco Action 21, Da Nang’s selected 15 businesses signed an agreement on Monday afternoon to implement the programme which is scheduled to run from November 2013 to March 2014.

A Memorandum of Understanding on the cooperation has already been signed between the management board of Eco Action 21, the Department of Natural Resources and the Environment, and the Department of Science and Technology.

Since September 2012, the Agency for Environmental Protection, the Centre for Energy Saving and Technology Transfer Consultancy, and the Centre for Environmental Research have successfully carried out the programme on a pilot basis.
