A meeting to assess the development of e-government in Da Nang took place in the city on Monday afternoon.  After nearly a year of implementation, the project has identified the most appropriate tools for assessing the development.  This has helped to find effective solutions to improve monitoring and managing the capacity of the project.

According to the Department of Information and Communications, most local residents and businesses said that online public services have been easily accessed and helped to save time.  The results came from a random survey of 700 local residents and businesses who have used the city’s online public services during the year.
