Eighteen trainees from Da Nang’s High-quality Human Resources Development Project (Project No 922) have reported their study results to the Organising Board of the city’s Party Committee.

Fifteen of them graduated from the Ha Noi Medical University and Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy with good study results.  They are now qualified as general and inpatient physicians, specialising in such aspects as ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology, paediatrics, and diagnostic imaging.  Most of them said that they would like to work in the city’s major hospitals such as the General Hospital, the Maternity and Paediatrics Hospital and the Cancer Hospital.

One of the other trainees gained a Master’s Degree in finance and investment from the UK’s University of Nottingham.  Another finished a Master’s Degree in organisational, programme planning and personnel management from Lille University of Science and Technology in France, and the other completed a Doctoral Degree in education from Northumbria University in the UK.
