On Wednesday, the Sandy Beach Non Nuoc Resort Da Nang and the Dong A University signed a cooperation agreement on developing high-quality human resources for the tourism sector.

Under the agreement, the Sandy Beach Non Nuoc Resort will run a programme entitled “Work Semester at the Resort” to provide Dong A University’s students with the opportunity to mutually share their experiences and best practices.

The resort will also give top priority to recruiting the university’s graduates from the accounting and finance, business administration, tourism, and foreign languages faculties.  The graduates will be employed to do part-time or full-time jobs at the resort.

In addition, the resort will contribute ideas about the university’s training programmes, as well as send representatives to participate in scientific conferences and annual job fairs organised by the university.

Meanwhile, the Dong A University will send its English lecturers to teach the resort’s staff members, introduce Vietnamese culture to foreign visitors, and participate in activities and events at the request of the resort.
